The Platinum pocket 5000 mattress contains 5000 heavy gauge pocketed springs. The main advantage of these springs is that they are individually sprung, this gives the mattress a 'no roll' effect as each spring is absorbing the pressure points of the individual. Above these pocket springs there is luxurious layers of upholstery including silk, wool, cotton and polyester. It has 4 rows of hand side stitching, this gives the side of the mattress ultimate support and prevents them from 'bellying out'. The mattress also features brass vents to aid ventilation and flag stitched handles for easy turning.
